August slipped away into a moment in time

This month did indeed slip away. It's the end of summer and I have been getting increasingly more uncomfortable with the heat and my expanding belly. My feet have been swelling and I am very much looking forward to some cooler temperatures. As always my pups provide me much support and cuddles as I continue to work from home. They did great at their joint doctor appointment, getting their shots and check ups.

We had my niece and nephew over for a night and it was tons of fun playing games, going out for pizza, and ice cream treats! It was good to get in some kid practice. We also tried a couples new restaurants in town and both were excellent!! I love that there was a mocktail list at one place!

I shot at a new venue this month and it has sprawling grounds and a garden and was a beautiful country farm home. It was right up my alley and I can't wait to go back. I also had some solo adventures and crafted some things for the baby's room. The nursery is coming together nicely and I'll do a separate post on that too! Overall a good month that went by too soon!
