Meet My Associates

April 14, 2021

All my collections comes with a second photographer. There what is know as a "second shooter" in the industry, but I prefer to use the term associate! This is the person typically photographing the groom and his guys getting ready before the day starts. As your wedding day moves ahead this person is the one typically getting those candid moments my couples love so much. While I am leading the charge with your portraits and family formals they are looking for those random laughs or looks in-between. Like all my shooters we are apart of the same Facebook networking groups and that is how I find the right people to help me. It is a delicate balance of finding the right person. I look for someone with the technical skill of course but really just as fun loving and that will jive with my couples.

Meet Courtney! We met almost 3 years ago I'd say and she is my first go-to person. I am sure she is recognized by some of you. Courtney and I get along so well that is why we both use each other so much - she has even trusted me to be her wedding photographer. It is a huge honor! She recently made changes to her website and I am so proud of her. It can be so hard to find industry friends since the competition is all over the place but being true to your talents and what makes you like noone else! She works weddings and families and is so good! https://www.courtneylphoto.com/

Meet Zack! We first worked together at one of my most frequently shot at venues, the Lodge at Maneely's. He is such a relaxed guy with an adorable wife and puppy. I love following his adventures on the 'gram and look forward to seeing him more in 2021. With all the rescheduling from last year a lot of us have very full calendars. It is really good to have each other. http://www.zackwussow.com/
