Here is another venue spotlight for you! When I arrived at Smith Farm Gardens I knew this was going to be a new favorite venue to shoot at. It is a beautiful property in East Haddam, Connecticut with a quaint country farmhouse. It has unbelievable spots all over for portraits including a rope swing bench, firepit, porch and gardens! It is rare to have some downtime to speak to property owners and other staff but I did - I got to learn the history of the estate and how incredibly nice they were to us vendors. It takes true heart and passion to connect to others in this way.
